    Mazdutide: Next big thing?

Yeah, Mazdutide looks very interesting. I'm waiting for more research and experiences from forum users. Also, there is Survodutide, which is especially interesting for those with fatty liver. For maintenance, maybe Sema will be enough? If it works it will save money!

    Peps for sweaty palms?

I have also heard that botox can help with sweaty hands. Maybe see a dermatologist?

    PCOS weight loss win!

I also have PCOS and this medication has been wonderful for shedding pounds, thank goodness! Plus, I'm getting older, turning 46 soon. I walk more often and try to eat healthier most days. Congratulations, you look incredible!

    Face reveal! Down 60 lbs!

I've been on this journey for about 18 months now, and I've kept off the 90+ pounds I lost. Getting my dose adjusted perfectly for me, not just following the standard increases, was the key. That’s when it finally clicked.

    Face reveal! Down 60 lbs!

I’ve been stuck for six months even with a calorie deficit and more protein, just one piece of fruit daily. My doctor suggested filling my plate with veggies first for sugar balance, then protein, and lastly a low-glycemic carb like beans or a tiny potato.

    Down 150! But summer's coming...

I wish there were more studies on how these meds affect PCOS long-term. All the focus seems to be on diabetes, which is important, but PCOS deserves attention too.

    Ozempic Face: Worth it?

Who even started this whole "ozempic face" negativity?

    Down 150! But summer's coming...

They need to study this for PCOS and cover it! Metformin does ZIP for my insulin resistance, and I'm not diabetic yet, so insurance won't pay. I can't lose weight, no matter how little I eat or how much I exercise. It's like doctors only care about fertility when it comes to women's health.

    Ozempic Face: Worth it?

Just a friendly reminder to everyone: let's keep the discussion focused on approved medications and avoid any talk about buying or selling meds, including via DMs. It's against the rules!
