Loving my smaller jeans!

Okay, so... the before pic is from last July, and the after is from yesterday. I dropped about 12 lbs last year, then started on Mounjaro and another 25 lbs or so. That's like, 37 lbs altogether since I really made an effort to change things up.

I hopped on the scale and it read 194 lbs! I haven't seen those numbers in ages. I avoided scales for years due to some mental health stuff, but seeing that really boosted my mood.

I've always been kinda self-conscious, but I can't help but stare at the recent pic. Didn't appreciate myself enough when I was thinner before. Now, I'm not saying my worth is tied to my weight, but I'm definitely feeling good about myself right now!

Only real issue? Sitting on the floor isn't as comfy anymore. My natural padding is disappearing!

Since you're using stones, I assume you're across the pond. Grab a 2-liter bottle of soda next time you're at the shop. Feel the weight. Now imagine holding almost 9 of those. That's the weight you've gotten rid of.

Keep up the amazing work!

Incredible progress!!! You're doing spectacularly. The difference is truly remarkable. You have every right to feel incredibly proud. And yes, girl, you look amazing!

Amazing job! The visual difference in the pictures is so inspiring and motivating. I really wish I'd taken more pictures of my own journey.

I totally get the padding issue. I had to invest in a memory foam cushion for long drives. Never knew what it was like to have my tailbone protest or my knees knocking when I try to get some sleep.

You're doing such a fantastic job, as your photos clearly demonstrate! 👏 You must be incredibly proud of yourself?

I can totally relate to the disappearing padding! My backside has deflated, making sitting uncomfortable, and floor exercises are a no-go without a thick mat. Glad you're exercising now, take care of that bum! 😀

Wow, I just saw a post about someone who lost 35 lbs in about 3 months. That's amazing and gives me hope, lol.

Yes! I'm waking up with hip pain now because there's no cushion for the pushin' on my mattress anymore! LOL

I was afraid to take progress pics, but then I bit the bullet. I'm surprised how much better my face looks. I've dropped almost 50 lbs in 6 months. It's about 70% of the way to my goal!

That's inspiring! I've been on sema for a while now and my clothes are starting to feel baggy!
