    Not seeing much progress...advice?

Started at 237.8 back on Feb 19, sitting at 217.8 as of June 4, so 20 pounds over 3.5 months, moving, just painfully slower than I'd hoped. Agree with my doctor that lifestyle and diet shifts would help most, easier said than done though, solo parent, only income earner, juggling school too...

If the nausea is severe and not improving after the first couple of weeks, it's worth trying a different compound...

    Little to no side effects?

On it for 18 months and I know the side effects. But that coffee ice cream called to me last night. Had some, then a tiny bit extra because I'd earned it. Now my gut is growling and the bathroom is my best friend. Worth every second though!

    Low ferritin on GLP-1s?

The mood and appetite regulation working together makes sense neurologically. Brain reward system adjusting is real and worth noting with your doc if it persists.

    Mounjaro - 2 Years Later!

Why's this old drug getting interest now 12 years later?

    Down 70+ lbs! Feels AMAZING!

Totally get it! The scale must be broken, right? But no - feels incredible when it clicks that these are real numbers.

    Glow/Klow Stack Issues?

About to try this exact combo. Already on KLOW but got hit with viruses. No interactions that I know of, stacking should be safe.
