    Just sharing! 6-month GLP-1 progress

You don't owe anyone an explanation. Criticism comes naturally with visible results - just decide beforehand what feels right to say.

Ozempic and Vomiting: How Scared Should I Be?

lost 50 lbs on ozempic for just over a year then insurance stopped covering. gained all 50 back in a year. i've been more active than ever—walking, hiking, lifting—and eating consistent and healthy. still came back. it's heartbreaking.

    Healthy BMI Achieved!

quick qs on your dosing schedule and dose. like, 5 days at 7.5mg, that kinda thing? and what are your peaks and valleys looking like on an app like shotsy?

    Tesa/Reta - weird taste changes?

Breaks don't help, it's dosed weekly for a reason to build up. If you have metabolic stuff like perimenopause, body needs to fix that hormone first before releasing weight. Are you hydrating, eating enough protein, tracking food, hitting TDEE? Plateaus are normal. Resistance training is huge —...

Weight loss stall - driving me nuts!

Most people expect straight-line progress but the actual trial data is way messier. Weeks 1-12 is rapid loss, then slowdown weeks 16-24, another dip around 28-36 — that's the 'plateau' everyone freaks about — then gradual crawl to peak by week 60-68. That month-4-6 stall? That's literally the...

    Ozempic Cost - Ouch!

Owned it. No shame at all—nobody's fooling anyone when the weight comes off. Call the whole injectable my "ozempic" joke when it goes in the in-laws' fridge. 😄

Weight stalled but clothes fit looser?

Stopped for 6 months, restarted, and hit a wall. I see this as a tool to get to healthy weight - I track food, eat enough protein (no meat but plenty of fish). Used to kill my cravings for alcohol but that's fading now. Been at the same starting dose because it worked.

    Ozempic: A year out!

Beat me to it. Lot of people hate needles even for once weekly. If they undercut and grab market share I'd be stoked. Biased though—I own a little Lilly stock.

HK Peps - anyone used 'em?

Heard about a modified Follistatin 344 (FLGR242) that's supposed to preserve muscle while on these meds. The original can push tumor growth, so they worked around that. Might see it pop up soon.

GLP-1 education - wanna test it?

That's great! I've dropped about 25 pounds myself. It's been a really positive experience so far.

    Still hungry on week 2?

Also, have you noticed any weird cravings? Since starting, I've been wanting sugary stuff all the time, even though I never really had a sweet tooth before. I'm thinking my body's just trying to get quick energy since I'm in a calorie deficit.

    Still hungry on week 2?

Are you drinking enough water? Aim for 80 to 100 ounces daily. Also, make sure you're eating enough protein and fiber!

    Cheap GLP-1s soon?

I saw this interesting discussion about compounded GLP-1s from a pharmacy CEO. Apparently, a lot of clinics are offering these compounded versions, which raises some questions about safety and legality. It's worth checking out if you're considering that route.

    Cheap GLP-1s soon?

Once the patents expire on these drugs, some researchers are saying manufacturing costs could drop to as little as $3 a month. Imagine the impact on global health! www.sciencealert.com

    Weed, cravings, and GLP-1s

I'm so impressed by this medication. I've spent most of my life struggling with my weight, and it's such a relief to not be constantly thinking about food. It's liberating! I'm looking forward to continuing this journey and becoming the best version of myself. Lost 20 pounds in about 2 months!

    Weed, cravings, and GLP-1s

I agree, sema really cuts down on the munchies. Doesn't seem to affect my love of mary jane though. I've been on .5 for about nine months now. I'm drinking less booze, and I have no desire for soda anymore. As for weed, it seems like it must be beneficial for me in some way, because things that...

Ever get a shady batch of pep?

I've read some concerning stories about contamination. Has anyone ever experienced a severe reaction to a peptide? Someone on another forum mentioned feeling like they had the flu after just a tiny dose of ACE-031, even though the Certificate of Analysis showed high purity. Scary stuff!

    Ozempic making anyone else emotional?

I wonder if the emotional changes some are experiencing are related to improved focus? I know some people have reported improvements in ADHD symptoms. Maybe the brain is processing things differently?
