One year on Mounjaro!

on 60mg cymbalta and 7.5mg tirz right now. doing pretty well despite managing severe anxiety. the weight loss definitely helped my confidence, honestly. took ozempic for years before this too.
 
One year on Mounjaro with a before shot that makes you laugh is the milestone that tells you how far the internal perspective shifted. The scale number is just part of it.
 
Personal non scale win for me. The movie theater concession chairs were always a squeeze and once they came up with me. Went back yesterday after starting Mounjaro and they're not a problem anymore.
 
Started metformin XL 6 months before adding Mounjaro, not the other way around. Avoided going higher on metformin for side effects. XL's the only version I can tolerate—the regular pills made me feel awful.
 
Your high blood sugar was probably the main thing. I had something similar about 6 months before I started on this stuff. When your numbers are that far off it's a real risk. But since I've been on it my A1C dropped a lot and even my eye pressure came down. Plus way less inflammation overall - huge win.
 
228 down to 199 since mid-december. running 7.5mg tirz weekly plus 1.5mg ghk-cu daily. 29 lbs down, about 50 more to go
 
Been on Mounjaro over a year now and down 93 lbs total. Past five months have been about maintaining rather than losing. Honestly never felt better than this.
