    Weed, cravings, and GLP-1s

I live in a state where recreational cannabis is legal. Usually, I take a 10 mg edible, or drink a cannabis-infused beverage, once or twice a week, on a Friday or Saturday night. For years, I've asked local dispensaries if they have anything that doesn't give you the munchies. No luck so far...

Ever get a shady batch of pep?

From what I've seen, most people just filter and hope for the best instead of testing.

Just starting Semaglutide, tell me what to expect!

If you're being monitored by a doctor, don't hesitate to ask them about your needle anxiety. They deal with it all the time. The first shot is usually the hardest, but most people say it gets much easier afterward.

Vit D and weight loss - related?

Thanks, everyone, for the input! I think I'm going to ask my doctor for a blood test to check my vitamin D levels for sure. I'll also keep in mind what Ant_Crew said about maybe needing to up my dose if things stall again. It's good to have options!

Vit D and weight loss - related?

Hi everyone. My first time posting. I'm a 57-year-old woman and I've been stuck at the same weight since late September. I started taking this in June and saw good results at 0.25mg. Moved up to 0.5mg and then 0.75mg. I split the doses and it was all working out. Shed about 20 pounds during the...

    GHK-Cu powder... anyone using?

I'm also new to peptide stuff. I'm confused about mixing instructions. I can find places to buy it, but no clear info on how much water to use or how much to inject.

    GHK-Cu powder... anyone using?

Here's my current GHK-Cu routine. I bought a 10g vial from a source. Then I bought some Hyaluronic Acid serum. I mixed 1 gram into 2 fl oz. It feels nice on inflamed injection spots. I'm using it on my face and scalp, but I haven't used it long enough to give a proper review.

    Hit my goal Early! 🎉

I'm so happy seeing you feel more confident, FL_Sunshine_77! I've been on a similar journey, and just being able to fit into my medium-sized pants again felt like a huge win. I even treated myself to a new top, even if it's a bit snug. It feels amazing!

    Ozempic deaths? Seriously?!

Exactly! Based on their numbers (173 deaths of about 1.7 million users), that's a 0.01% rate. Getting hit by lightning probably has a higher rate.

    Ozempic deaths? Seriously?!

A long time ago, a friend was T-boned by a landscaping truck at a red light. It majorly messed up his summer and his ability to drive for months, but the phrase "It's like getting hit by a truck" was an understatement.

    Ozempic deaths? Seriously?!

It's similar to when someone dies in a car wreck, and blood tests reveal alcohol or drug use. Everyone automatically assumes that was the primary factor, disregarding the possibility that the person was rear-ended at a stoplight by a semi-truck.
