Hey everyone! I started taking Ozempic around the end of Sept '25 because I was feeling really down about my weight. It was more than just physical; my mental health was suffering a lot. I decided I needed to make a change. I originally wanted to lose 40 lbs by my birthday in January, but I actually hit that in early December, so I upped my goal to 50! I weighed myself yesterday, and I did it! I'm going to keep going, but I'm just so incredibly proud of what I've accomplished so far. I've been hitting the gym about 5 times a week and walking a ton. I'll post some pics later to show the journey 💪

Wowza! Almost 50 lbs in only 3 months? That's amazing! You definitely responded well to the meds. Congrats on the early bday present!! 🎁 The world better watch out! 😉

I love that you almost smiled in the second photo. 😄 That's a good start!

Great work!!! You look fantastic. Happy Birthday. You are really dedicated. Wishing you all the best on your journey. You are such an inspiration!

You look incredible! You’ve done such a fantastic job at achieving your goal. I hope you have a wonderful birthday! With determination like that, you deserve it!

I remember about a year ago I was having some pretty serious health issues and didn't even realize how much my weight contributed. It wasn't until I saw some photos that I realized how big I had gotten. Selfies can be so deceiving!

OMG, I've gone from a size 22 to a size 10 in jeans since March! My MIL just gave me a TON of new workout clothes, too! I can finally ditch the saggy leggings! She got me some Lululemon stuff and Peloton sets which I would never buy myself. So excited to work out now!

Nervous on day one is completely normal. The weight not moving for years feeling is exactly why the first few weeks on it feel so different when things actually start to shift. Congrats to OP - seeing that story at the start of yours is good motivation.

3 months with not much to show for it is a tough place to be when you're watching results like the OP's. The response varies a lot in the first few months and some people need the dose to build up more before things shift. Hope the next update is a good one!
