    GLP-1 cost analysis?

If sema is managing your weight effectively, I wouldn't recommend switching to reta or tirz based solely on unconfirmed health benefits, especially if cost is a factor.

    GLP-1s are LIFE!

    You've got this! I began in May 2024 at 384. Now I'm at 290.

    GLP-1 cost analysis?

If sema is working for you, stick with it. I had a pharma rep friend who always said if a patient was doing well on a competitor's drug, there was no reason to switch. Generally, people tend to lose more weight using tirzepatide and retatrutide. However, both usually cost more than semaglutide.

    Halfway to my goal weight!

I have to agree with Maintenance_Mode. Trying on smaller sizes and donating what no longer fits is a great way to mark progress and keep you motivated. Make a donation pile and send them away! No going back!

Lowering Reta Dose - Still Losing?

To Sweat_Go and everyone, it's so important to listen to your body and work closely with your doctor to find the right dosage. GLP-1 medications affect everyone differently. What works for one person might not work for someone else. I'm curious, has anyone experienced any vitamin deficiencies...

Lowering Reta Dose - Still Losing?

I'm on 10mg of Ozempic right now and I'm planning on cutting back to 5mg. It's really expensive, and I think I can keep the weight off at 5mg. I've been keeping a close eye on my blood sugar since starting, and I'll need to keep doing that if I lower the dose to make sure my weight and blood...

Sema: 3 months in... worth it!

I'm curious, has anyone else been feeling super cold all the time? I've been on this since March, and I'm freezing even in summer! Used to be the one in a t-shirt when everyone else had sweaters. Now I need layers all the time!

Sema: 3 months in... worth it!

This stuff is wild. I haven't weighed this little in 15 years. Aiming for 20! Started at 148 in March, down to 134 today. I'm only 5 feet tall so every pound makes a difference. 14 lbs to go, halfway there!

My First Time with T's Brand

Testing is a big deal. Especially when you are new. I would encourage you to get your first order tested. Then you know what you're doing.

Can I ask who you used for your overseas purchase? Thanks!

My First Time with T's Brand

The aggressive person isn't necessarily a scammer. I have people who buy from them and have had it tested. Their FB group is pretty big. They aren't popular here for whatever reason. I don't use them because of the high prices. That company charging $500+ for those vials is a scam on its own. I...

My First Time with T's Brand

Whoa. $500+ for those vials? I could get two kits of T30 tested for that cost. I'm glad you know about the overseas options.

    AmoPure batch stings! Anyone else?

That's a good question. Impurities can definitely cause irritation. It's also possible, as Quinn72 mentioned, that the pH balance of the solution is off.

    Finally at my goal weight!

To anyone worried about maintenance: It's a valid concern! Focus on calorie tracking and finding your personal 'magic number' to maintain your weight. You've got this! I tell my patients all the time, it's a marathon, not a sprint.
