    Down 50+ lbs!

Lil_AF NSV means non-scale victory. It's when you notice positive changes that aren't just reflected in the number on the scale, like clothes fitting better or having more energy.

2 years later - feeling great!

I'm curious too, since I'm just starting. I read about some people hitting plateaus around the 6-month mark. I'm hoping to avoid that! Any tips?

I gained 150 lbs... then met her! 🤩

That reminds me of a friend I used to have. He was always slim and quick to judge. When he asked what I was doing to lose weight so quickly, I told him about the GLP-1 med I was taking. The lecture I got afterwards was unbelievable... Lost a friend that day, but I feel much lighter!

Could you break down what you did over the last couple years? I just started on a similar med (about a month in, super low dose still, not much appetite change yet).

Thanks for the info, everyone! I think I'll pass on these guys for now. Better safe than sorry, right?

    Reta Research Roundup

That's not entirely correct. Without ongoing lifestyle modifications, higher dosages are often needed over time to maintain the initial benefits. Eventually, tolerance can develop even at the highest tolerable dose, leading to weight regain despite continued use of the medication. This process...

    Reta Research Roundup

It's interesting that these sources can synthesize it already even before it's fully through clinical trials.

    Stacking GLP-1s... too much?

I agree with Oz_Squad_Leader - focus on the basics first. And I'm still worried about That's a recipe for disaster. Please be careful.

    Stacking GLP-1s... too much?

You're exceeding the maximum recommended dosages for both Tirz and Sema. You should take a break before you cause serious problems.

    Stacking GLP-1s... too much?

Reta isn't supposed to be as effective for hunger control as sema or tirz.

    Stacking GLP-1s... too much?

That's an insane amount of GLP-1 activity! Seriously, it's excessive. I wouldn't add anything else. Maybe cagrilintide, but definitely no reta.
