Stacking GLP-1s... too much?

I'm on 15mg+ of tirzepatide and also taking 2.5-5mg of semaglutide each week but I'm still feeling hungry. Any advice on a better combo? I have access to:

* sema
* tirz
* Cagrilintide
* reta
* bio boost

I take tirzepatide on Saturdays, then a little cagrilintide on Wednesdays, and Bioboost on Thursdays to help with the cagri fatigue.

That's an insane amount of GLP-1 activity! Seriously, it's excessive. I wouldn't add anything else. Maybe cagrilintide, but definitely no reta.

You could try going up to 17.5mg on the tirzepatide, if you're willing to risk it a bit. I've heard they've been testing up to 20mg. It's probably safer than stacking everything.

My thinking is that if they gradually increase the reta, the metabolism boost might eventually outweigh the hunger, leading to the desired weight loss.

You're exceeding the maximum recommended dosages for both Tirz and Sema. You should take a break before you cause serious problems.

It sounds like you might be one of those people who tolerates high doses of substances, like me. I get it. I've found that cycling between different meds – high-dose sema to tirz to reta and back to sema – works best. That way, you always have another option. If you just keep adding more, you'll build up a tolerance to everything and nothing will work. Then what?

Slow down. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Try switching to reta for a while, and expect some weight gain at first. Stick with it for a few months. If you plateau, switch to sema instead of adding more stuff.

Feeling hungry isn't a reason to increase your meds. It's normal to feel hungry. Are you experiencing excessive food noise? Are you losing weight at a healthy rate (around 1-2 lbs per week)? And are you eating at a reasonable deficit (500-1000 calories below your TDEE)? I'm a woman in my 40s who only walks daily and does Pilates twice a week, and I lose a pound or more a week eating 1900-2000 calories a day.

Actually, Eli Lilly is testing tirzepatide at doses between 20-25mg weekly, not just up to 20mg.

I think 15mg a week is fairly safe for those already taking it.

Have you considered adding a GHRP? I'm reading about people stacking GHRPs with IGF-LR3 to boost athletic performance. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it all. Wondering if it could help with metabolism too.
