Such interesting replies here! This journey started on a prescribed branded medication. The first couple months at smaller amounts, nothing really registered. Things kicked in at a moderate amount, which is the current level. Now stacking that with a second compound, taken as a split dose across the week, plus a small third dose midweek.
Works well here.
Hard to fully separate the effects, but the first compound seems to bring stronger appetite suppression, matching what others describe. The second just operates differently. Zero interest in eating entirely isn't the goal here. Feeling nauseated just picturing a meal isn't desired either. Just wanting the food noise gone is really the target, and this combination delivers that. Also not wanting to lose a huge amount of muscle mass, so protein stays a priority. Being able to eat matters here.
Normally there's a fierce sweet tooth, but recently a coworker brought a box of rich pastries into the office. Had one, tasted incredibly sweet, genuinely enjoyed it, but had zero desire for a second. That's exactly the effect here.
Both compounds rate a ten out of ten personally. Haven't tried the third major option yet. Tempted to switch over, but restarting from a beginner dose feels like too much effort right now.
