Move around more. Do you know your RMR? Track what you're eating, especially protein. Might be worth getting some labs done to rule out other things going on. Sounds like you're burning what you take in, so a bigger deficit might be needed.

I found a peptide calculator that's pretty helpful. You input the vial amount and desired dosage, and it tells you how much water to add and how much to inject. It's on a peptide site. Seems easy.
