GLP-1s and IBS - anyone else?

I started three days ago. No more loose stools, no gas, felt nauseous yesterday, but I'm okay today. My gut needed a break.

I know what you mean! It's like, once you get close to your initial goal, you realize you can push even further. Just make sure you're doing it in a healthy way and not getting too obsessive about the numbers.

No way, it's never too late to start! I'm a 57-year-old woman who went from 300 lbs to 105, and you'll feel amazing. You might need maintenance doses, but that's okay. I'm happy to help in any way I can.

Welcome! Hydrate, eat small meals, and try not to stress about every little thing. The first week is mostly mental.

Sticking with .25 or moving up to .5?

Sticking with .25 or moving up to .5?

I've been seeing a lot of people say they wish they’d stayed on .25, or actually had better results with it! I'm starting my fifth week soon, and I'm unsure if I should increase my dose. It's pricier but I started losing weight again. My food cravings are more intense than yours sound. Those also...
