Hey everyone, today's the day I start Semaglutide. I'm a little anxious, but I'm hoping it'll help me on my fitness journey. I started at 188, got down to 160. But I've been stuck there for a while now. Any advice would be fantastic!

Thanks for posting! Reminder: No discussing or sourcing non-FDA approved meds. If you're new, check out the FAQ. This isn't to stop discussion, just to help.

Read through the other posts here, Cut_Grind. Lots of good tips. I suggest getting apps to track your shots, food, and exercise. Also, check out that Glp1meals sub for food ideas when you're not feeling hungry.

Drink tons of water and get enough fiber! I only had mild heartburn and constipation. Also, make sure you're eating enough. Semaglutide really cuts down on cravings, but I wasn't eating enough calories at first, which caused other problems. Nourish your body. I've lost almost 40 pounds!

Thanks everyone for the advice! I'm trying to stay positive and stick to the plan. I'll definitely focus on hydration and fiber. Snack-Dude, that's a great point about calorie intake. I'll keep a close eye on that.

You aren't alone! I was so scared of the possible side effects I almost didn't take it. I'm so glad I did. Just be sure to be gentle with yourself.

Update: I did it! The injection itself was surprisingly easy. Now just waiting to see how I feel. Thanks again for all the support!
