    Gagging on Reta?!

Three days in and got a little nausea and spinning in my head. Pretty sure it was in my head though—I've been nervous for months, read all the horror stories, never injected before, probably squeezed the pen too hard and bruised myself. No nausea since then, eating small portions.

    Psoriasis & KPV/KLOW: Experiences?

Morgan07 that sounds intense! Glad it worked out. I am trying to reduce inflamation and lighten my skin so MT2 is not really my priority right now.

    Wait, *this* is hunger?!

Thanks everyone! It's so weird! I'm eating like, a quarter of what I used to and feel...okay? I guess this is what people mean by 'portion control'?

    Psoriasis & KPV/KLOW: Experiences?

Thanks! I'll check in with my researcher. I've heard of this, but everything is so heavily regulated and expensive. What lamp did you use?

I'm looking at KLOW but am still unsure about using TB500 and BPC.

    Wait, *this* is hunger?!

Ok, so I might be a little slow on the uptake here. I'm two weeks into Ozempic, and after the second dose, it's like a switch flipped. I suddenly don't feel the constant urge to eat. Yesterday, I had maybe three slices of toast with avocado after 7pm, and that was it. This morning, a couple of...

    Psoriasis & KPV/KLOW: Experiences?

Hi everyone, I've battled psoriasis my entire life. Since starting on tirz, my skin's improved, even though the RX cream wasn't cutting it anymore. I'm also dealing with inverse psoriasis and nail issues and am curious about KPV to manage them. KLOW sounds interesting, but insomnia is a no-go...

Fluctuating appetite on Zepbound - normal?

Yeah, I can relate to that food noise. I've been on Ozempic for a while and sometimes still wake up ravenous. It's like a gnawing hunger. I found having a protein shake or some veggies before bed helps.

Fluctuating appetite on Zepbound - normal?

I’ve only dropped around 13 pounds in a couple of years. But I hit the gym more and have gone down a couple of sizes from reshaping my body. For some, it just doesn’t cause much weight loss.

    Down 100+ lbs!

I started around 330 lbs last September. Down to about 248! I was taking Metformin, glipizide, and alogliotin, but now just metformin. Started with a low dose and increased over time. Keeping my calories around 2200, and protein between 60-125g per day. It's doable, people!

Tirz, Survo, AND Cagri? Anyone tried this?

I'm curious if anyone has experience stacking peptides with retatrutide? I'm finishing up a cut on 2mg of retatrutide weekly and want to get super lean then minimize fat gain when I switch to maintenance. I've been researching SLU-PP-332, AOD-9604, MOTS-c, and CJC-1295 DAC + Ipamorelin. Also...

    Mounjaro progress - check it!

I've heard anecdotal evidence about that! Seems like it works for some. I always inject in my stomach, about 3 inches away from my belly button. Not sure if its placebo or not, but the nausea is real!
