Switching injection sites - worth it?

625 units at once sounds bad but when a vial is 20+ doses that's way below what fda calls harmful. 5 eu/kg is the standard. at 80kg that's roughly 400 per injection. fda says zero is best but the numbers we're talking about are small even per vial.

Retatrutide storage: am I doing this right?

theoretical question: if rfk actually softens the line on compounded peptides officially, could i use my hsa to shop around? me and my wife have decent savings. even at inflated prices, non-glps might cover a year or eighteen months, zero out of pocket.

    GLP-1 dosing, stalls & titration

Half-life about 6 days. Takes 5 half-lives to hit full strength, 5 to clear your system. Used GLP1s before? Makes a difference for appetite kill. Your dose just hit trial levels — fine to bump until you feel it. Better to blast right and get results than microdose and feel nothing.

    Savings on Sema? Whoa.

It's crazy how much drug prices differ in other countries. Some people say they only pay a few bucks in Australia. It's enough to make you want to move!

    Expired GLP-1...eek!

It's really important to remember that these medications build up in your system over time. Make sure you're carefully logging each dose, so you can track any potential issues or side effects.

    Savings on Sema? Whoa.

I used to spend a crazy amount on food delivery each month. Now I'm saving quite a bit on takeout.

    Reta timing: morning or night?

For peptides like BPC-157, microdosing near the injury might make sense, but I doubt it would do anything for Reta. It's systemic, affecting the whole body. Just stick to subq injections in your belly or thigh as directed.

    Finally hit my goal weight!

Fantastic work!!! Very inspirational. I'm just starting out, and my stats are quite similar to where you began. Did you reach the highest dose, or did you stick with a particular dosage? I've done four weeks at 2.5mg and am increasing my dose next time. You're an inspiration! 😁

    Reta timing: morning or night?

I keep seeing people mention that Reta increases resting heart rate. Guess I'm lucky (or my 1.5mg dose is too low) because I haven't experienced that at all.

    Booze on GLP-1s?

Stick to light drinks and avoid hard liquor, and you should be okay. Hard alcohol makes me revisit my dinner.

    Booze on GLP-1s?

The runs were epic when I drank while on the shot. Thought it was just the shot, but cutting out alcohol (even just two drinks every couple weeks) fixed it. Everyone's different, but I delay the shot before events where I might drink, just in case.

    Reta timing: morning or night?

Blood levels peak around 24-48 hours post-injection, a bit slower than some other GLPs. It builds up slowly, so timing shouldn't matter much. After the first dose, you might notice when the effects kick in and adjust your timing then. If you don't notice any effects, it really doesn't matter...

    Sema not working? Help!

You've found your bottleneck. Continuing to lose weight is a side effect of increasing the dose.

1+ year stall on max dose: ideas?

I'm on 1.7mg and having issues with hunger and sugar cravings - some food noise is back, especially at work, and I'm drinking more alcohol. My weight hasn't changed in a month despite my best efforts, and weight loss has been very slow for the last year. I average around 1300-1500 calories a day...

MOTS-c AND SLU at the same time?

Yeah, thankfully I only had mild ISRs near the end of my cycle/vial. I don't know if it was the peptide degrading or antibodies building up. I'm guessing it was the antibodies. But the endurance I got for cardio was amazing, even better than SLU.
