    FDA squeezing compounding pharmacies?

To answer Lee_32's question, GLP-1s are medications originally for diabetes, but they're now used for weight loss too. Think Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro. Because of shortages and high costs, some people are turning to compounded versions. There's a lot of debate about the safety and legality of...

    Orange Top Tirz... what's up?

Another source still has orange t30 too. Just saw this morning and it’s quite cheap currently

    Almost there!

I just read something really interesting about semaglutide. Apparently, there's some research suggesting it might even help people with Type 1 diabetes potentially reduce their insulin needs. Here's an article about a study...

Yes! That is my little angel 🙂

    Reta taste changes?

Exactly. The slowed gastric emptying is key. It's not necessarily the food itself, but the quantity. Eating smaller portions, more frequently, can often mitigate the negative side effects.

    Orange Top Tirz... what's up?

I’ve been using my T30 and I'm close to being at maintenance. I honestly am probably where my weight wants to be.

I can fit under the bed now!

I saw someone mention their waist went from a 42 to a 32. That's incredible! They are practically an Oz brownbelt now! Congrats!

    Reta taste changes?

I had a massive sweet tooth, always reaching for something sugary at work. Now, I can easily resist. The craving is just...gone. I still enjoy sweets, just don't need them constantly. Now, I actually want savory things.

    Orange Top Tirz... what's up?

My T30 is also orange. I've seen a couple of COAs from the vendor and a third-party. Hopefully it's good. I did my first shot from this batch last night.

Tirz to Reta - Anyone else?

What made you decide to switch? I used tirz for a little over 2 years, and I was at the max 15mg for most of that time before I stopped at the end of last year because I stalled for over 2 months. I took about 3 months off and started reta this past April. I increased my dose quickly, since it...

Just need to drop a pound, eh? You've basically accomplished your goal, congrats!

    Orange Top Tirz... what's up?

Probably not a coincidence. As long as it's the same product, it shouldn't matter which vendor it comes from. I remember one of the orange tops failing a test, but that seems like it was a rare issue. My third-party tested group buy orange T30 was great!

I can fit under the bed now!

Congrats! I was going to post about moving my watchband tighter today. Now I feel like it's a pretty lame NSV compared to this creative masterpiece! Bravo! 🎉 Say hi to your dog for me. 🐶 💕

I can fit under the bed now!

It might sound strange to some, but I remember a time before losing weight when I couldn't retrieve something from under my bed or adjust the center support. Now, I could crawl completely underneath if needed. Congrats on your progress!

    Orange Top Tirz... what's up?

I've brought this up a few times too. It started with a handful of vendors, but now even group buys are shipping the same orange tops for the T30. I've been seeing black tops recently.

    Stacking Tirz and Reta? Thoughts?

Oh, I see - they felt the effects more strongly after the reta, mid-week. That makes sense.

    Stacking Tirz and Reta? Thoughts?

Interesting. I wonder how they determined that. It's like, if you eat a pizza with different toppings, how do you know which topping you tasted most?
