The packaging might be different in different areas. My 1mg pen only has 4 doses. I didn't even know they packaged it with 8 needles. The most I've ever seen was the starter pack with only 6.

Saw someone post a face comparison on another site and even their cat looked like it lost weight in the 'after' photo LOL. Maybe it's the angle, or maybe the cat is just happier now that their owner is healthier!
Keep taking photos! It's hard to see the changes, even when they are drastic, since they're gradual over time and you see yourself every day. Weight loss is geometry, like someone said! Big difference!
