Pounds gone, fingers... not so much!

Like Kelly14 said, it'll come. I was stuck wearing an 11 when I'm normally an 8. I'm down 90 pounds, and my size 8 rings finally fit again. You could look at antique rings with an open band. They're more forgiving for bigger fingers. Ring adjusters can help too. I have some custom-made ones to...

    From 250s to 120s?! 🤯

Amazing! So thrilled for you and everyone else, including myself, who had given up hope, but now can get access to these meds.

    Cagri source check?

Thanks [@PeptidePro]! I wasn't really thinking about the quality differences. I'll look into getting a recommendation for a good compounding pharmacy.

    Cagri source check?

Has anyone tried any peptides from Bluesky? I'm looking at CJC without DAC and either GHRP 2 or Ipamorelin. Their prices seem decent, especially with the promos they run. I saw some mixed reviews on that other forum, so I'm hoping for some firsthand experience here.

    Dihexa: Brain Booster?

I've been dealing with some carpal tunnel symptoms lately, especially when I wake up. Has anyone experienced anything similar with peptides like Dihexa, or any GH-related ones? Numbness in my fingers is driving me crazy!

    Dihexa: Brain Booster?

I'm intrigued, ScaleSlayer88! Please do keep us posted on your experience. I've been researching nootropics lately, and this sounds like a promising candidate. Just concerned since it's still very experimental.

    Is this for realz?

I've been keeping my GLP-1 use on the down low too. Only my partner knows. I don't want others judging my medical choices. Good luck to everyone on their weight loss journey!

Is that for the US or up north in Canada?

    Down 85! Still going!

I saw another user post about being on this med for over two years! It's encouraging to see long-term success. They were saying how much their health improved, like lower blood pressure and better A1C levels. It's not just about the weight.

    Reta injection probs?

You know that circle in the vial's top? After adding the BAC, I'll fill a syringe with air and stick it in at the edge of that circle. I let the vial suck in the air it needs. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries 'cause of the vacuum. Once the vacuum's gone, I add the air that matches what I'm...

    Congratulations! Well done!

    Is this for realz?

    Still a rip-off. I get my custom-mixed GLP-1 for about $140 monthly.

    Down 85! Still going!

It's wonderful to hear about all the health improvements you've made, not just the weight loss! So happy for you!

Anyone else feeling like they waste food now?

I still get fast food sometimes. But now I only eat half and save the rest. Small progress is still progress. Also, no food shaming!

    Freezer storage for vials?

Speaking of GLP-1s, has anyone else noticed a huge change in their relationship with food, thanks to their prescription? I've been able to finally stick to a healthy diet and workout plan, and the weight is slowly coming off.

Anyone else feeling like they waste food now?

I know, right? It's wild. It was my bday and my bestie made my favorite cake. It was at the office, and before I would have hidden it, taken it home, and stuffed my face. This time I gave it away. I felt bad, but I'm happy I'm getting healthier. 😳😳

    Freezer storage for vials?

I have a cooler like that. I like keeping my vials in their original packaging, label them clearly, and then arrange them on top of the cooler's foam insert before putting the whole thing in the freezer. I just think it's less confusing that way.

Anyone else feeling like they waste food now?

I'm getting the smaller portions now too!

    Insurance coverage for GLP-1s explained

Really thoughtful post. I would add one policy nuance: the old federal exclusion for "weight loss" drugs was written when these medications were considered lifestyle or cosmetic aids. The evidence base now includes cardiovascular outcome data, which complicates that categorization. If a GLP-1...

    Lost weight, gained...dysmorphia?

It's wild how much our perception can be skewed. I've been overweight since I was a kid, and even though I'm finally feeling healthier thanks to this medication, it's hard to shake that old mindset.
