It's more than just the weight loss, it's how you FEEL, right? I had to walk up a couple flights of stairs the other day and realized I didn't have to take the elevator because I would be winded. Big win!

I always do my thigh. When I tried my stomach I felt awful for almost a week. I've dropped around 90 lbs since July doing my thigh, so it def works!
