Hit my milestone! Lost a full 100 pounds in just over 9 months. Honestly thought I'd get there a bit later, but I’ll take it!

Got some definition now! Gained around 40 lbs of muscle according to the scan. Thinking about getting a little nip/tuck to get rid of some loose skin that's bugging me, but overall, feeling great.

Working out hard every day, high protein, lower on the carbs and fats. Still enjoy a drink or two, and some starchy foods here and there. I do some intermittent fasting too, with a couple of longer fasts during the week. Water and vitamins are key.

Haters gonna hate, but I'm here sharing my win. If I can do it, seriously anyone can. I was super lazy before. This took work!

Congrats! So, you're doing the diet and exercise thing too?

Seems like some people just expect the shot to do all the work. Good for you, man. I might get a scan too. Used to lift, miss my old physique. Back in the gym about 5 days a week now, eating around 2100 calories. My BMR is like 2600. Hoping to drop from almost 300 to around 220 by the end of the year.

Lots of folks wondering about my intake of 2500 calories... well, my workouts burn around 450-550 calories, plus standing and walking takes about 800 calories on average. That's over 1200 calories burned. My resting metabolism is around 1900 calories. So, yeah, I'm burning more than I'm taking in.

On my fasting days, I get over 100g of protein, and on regular days, over 200g. Muscle gain and fat loss. Key is balance. It has to be sustainable!

Hey GroovyTaco299, any plans to stop the medication, or is this a long-term thing? I started too, and the fasting is SO much easier now. Just wondering about life after. Congrats on your success!

You look fabulous! I'm losing slowly, about a pound a week. Some days I think it's great, others I'm impatient. Also, my portions are way off. I eat a bowl of soup and feel stuffed. Tips?

Are you planning to take this forever, or just to kickstart things? I have about 80 more pounds to go, but I'm nervous about long-term use!

I haven't really thought about the long-term plan yet. To be honest, I'm just enjoying the ride and dealing with each day as it comes. Maybe I'll re-evaluate in a few months. For now, I'm focusing on building healthy habits!

I saw a post the other day about someone hitting their goal weight and being in the normal BMI range for the first time in their adult life. So inspiring! Makes me think it's really possible for me too.

It's more than just the weight loss, it's how you FEEL, right? I had to walk up a couple flights of stairs the other day and realized I didn't have to take the elevator because I would be winded. Big win!
