Hit my milestone! Lost a full 100 pounds in just over 9 months. Honestly thought I'd get there a bit later, but I’ll take it!
Got some definition now! Gained around 40 lbs of muscle according to the scan. Thinking about getting a little nip/tuck to get rid of some loose skin that's bugging me, but overall, feeling great.
Working out hard every day, high protein, lower on the carbs and fats. Still enjoy a drink or two, and some starchy foods here and there. I do some intermittent fasting too, with a couple of longer fasts during the week. Water and vitamins are key.
