One batch of t30 failed sterility, but nexaph tests tons of products regularly with no systemic issues. Sterility tests use growth-encouraging media, not real-world conditions like a vial in your fridge at day 14. If you've got this batch, filter it, use aseptic technique.

Your best bet is to send a sample of your batch in for testing. I ordered ten vials and sent one to a lab. It was more economical than buying a pre-tested vial from a reseller, and now I'm confident about the other nine.

Protein shakes and meal replacement shakes are great. Way easier to get down a shake than try to choke down a whole meal when you're not hungry.

If you have enough supply, it makes sense to keep increasing the retatrutide dose until you reach 8-10mg before adding anything else. If you're trying to save supply, then semaglutide makes sense because it's just a GLP, which is where retatrutide is weakest.
