Am I shadow banned in China?

I tried ordering from an overseas source like, a month ago. Haven't heard back at all, but whatever, no big deal since I didn't send any money.

Then yesterday I tried ordering from another place super early in the morning. It's been a day and still nothing. Am I being too impatient? I'm used to getting quick replies from domestic sources. Is the entire country mad at me or something?

This is my first time using crypto, so maybe I'm just clueless.

It's probably their New Year celebration, which would explain the recent silence. Doesn't explain why you haven't heard back from the first place.

You didn't mention how you contacted them for either order. Was it through a message, or email? Did you start the conversation, or were you replying to a message? And who were you trying to order from? Someone here has probably dealt with them before and can offer advice.

After the holiday rush is over, maybe wait until the 26th or 27th before trying again. They'll be going through tons of messages. Since it's your first time, I'd suggest trying a small crypto payment first, just to make sure it goes through.

If you still don't hear back, just find someone else! There are plenty of vendors out there.

If you haven't paid, then you haven't really placed an order. They probably moved on to people who were ready to pay.

They have lives outside of this. Sometimes you won't hear back right away.

I would totally pay if I could just get a price. They also told me how to test the product first, which I appreciated.

I've never heard of that before. Are you sure you're talking to a real vendor and not a scammer?

Assuming they're legit, maybe something about your messages is making them think you're not serious.

Later today I can copy and paste the conversation. If I messed something up, let me know. Thanks!

Always use email... they don't like a lot of questions about dates and colors. Send an email like this:

Hello, I found your company on the GLP1 forum and want to place an order to be shipped from your US warehouse. I'll pay with BTC. 1 Kit of X, 2 kits of Y, shipped to:

Name
Address
Phone
Email

I'd say, if you're using crypto with them for the first time, send a small amount first, like $5 or $10, just to be sure you got it right. After they confirm they received it, then send the rest.

Good point. I could deal with losing $250, but $1500 would make me miserable for months. Also, they're very helpful when you're ready to pay, but sometimes disappear after you send proof of payment... happened to me. They said they weren't taking BTC and to use a different crypto. I did and asked if we were good, then didn't hear back for 3 days before getting my tracking number.

That's exactly what's happening to me. Waiting for confirmation after sending the rest of the crypto, after sending a test amount. It's been three days.

I emailed and said I wasn't in a hurry, I just wanted to make sure they received payment. It was my first time converting BTC and I had no idea if it worked.

Is it 3 business days, or just 3 days total? Tracking can take a week or more internationally. An order from Friday night might not ship until Wednesday. Check your spam folder, too. Send an email like mine asking if they got paid. If it's not resolved, post on the vendor's thread. Like, 'I sent two emails and haven't heard back, what's up?'

Let us know what happens. People will post on their thread. There was someone who was getting messed around for a reshipment, and it got resolved when we went public. Don't jump the gun, or we'll look silly. DM me with details if you want. Also, vendors are on holiday. US warehouses might take a few days off. If you ordered from China, you won't hear back until March. Send another email and give it 3 days. But if you ordered from China, you won't hear anything till 1st week of March.

Got my tracking number! I wasn't too worried, I know the source, they've been around for a long time. Just sharing that sometimes it takes them a few days to reply. They must be busy. Like you said, no rush, but it's nice to know they got the crypto.
