I went with 2-3% GHK-Cu (1% = 100mg per 10ml). Dissolved the peptide in like 1ml BAC first so it'd completely dissolve before adding to the serum. Don't over-blend or you'll break the peptides down. Anything over 3% doesn't add benefits so do the math.

yeah controlled studies help isolate variables. weight loss, blood sugar changes - all those factors make it hard to know what actually helped vs what else shifted. that's why the research side is important even if it's not the whole story.

I agree with you Tired_of_Tired, it can be discouraging when you're putting in the effort and not seeing the numbers drop quickly. But I keep telling myself that steady progress is more sustainable in the long run. A pound a week is great though! It averages to about 50 pounds a year!

High dose was too high for me, higher risk for that issue. PT one forty one with something else might work better, less locked in and less risky. Some meds like antipsychotics or older antidepressants can be problematic with PT one forty one.
