    Switching from Tirz to Reta?

I've been on 15mg Tirz since April 1st, but I'm looking to switch to Reta. From what I've read, Reta doesn't really help with food cravings at the start. So instead of completely stopping Tirz before starting Reta, I'm going to stack them carefully at first. I'm staying at my full dose of Tirz...

Has anyone ordered from Sue lately?

It can be really tricky. You don't always know what you're getting. I prefer to go through a clinic or doctor, even though it costs more. At least then you have some assurance of quality control. Also, a lot of peptides aren't FDA approved, so it's a bit of a wild west out there.

Has anyone ordered from Sue lately?

You can prob find some threads about HK here - reach out and ask about Sue at their company. There are fake accounts on that platform for other places so be careful. I know that Alisa and Nicole are the real deal.

    GLP-1 gut issues anyone?

Honestly, I had diarrhea for the first month or two. Afterward, and with increased doses, it turned into constipation. Unless it's severely dehydrating, I'd stick with it; your gut will adjust.

    One Year Down, Feeling Fantastic!

That's incredible, ZepboundZoe! You must feel so much healthier and have so much more confidence. Would you be willing to share your titration schedule, typical calorie intake, and exercise routine? I know meds aren't a magic bullet, so I'm always interested to hear how people make them really work.

    Down 176lbs since July!

That's amazing progress! Losing that much is like shedding another person. When you started working out, what was easiest to stick with? I want to exercise consistently but haven't found the right thing yet.

    Ozempic Progress: 50+ down!

For those hitting plateaus, consider varying your calorie intake and exercise. Sometimes the body gets too used to the same routine. Also, are you weighing yourself at the same time each day? Fluctuations are normal!

    QSC packaging looking sus?

I've been researching peptide sources a lot lately and it's tough to know who to trust. I saw one site mentioned – starts with a 'G' and ends with 'peps' – that had almost no reviews anywhere. Accepting crypto is also a red flag for me.

Can't believe I feel this good!

I saw someone else mention their experience with a maintenance dose after struggling at the highest dose. They went back to the second-highest dose and then eventually onto a maintenance dose. It might be worth exploring different options with your doctor, Avery08 and Kim1993!
