    Burping non-stop!

You could take something to stop it, but I started using it to guide my food choices. I noticed that things that triggered it were often foods that weren't helping my weight loss anyway – usually really fatty stuff or things with tons of sugar.

    GLP-1 Price Drops?

That would be incredible! I'm always checking for updates to see if the costs are dropping. I saw one website that is trying to collect comparison prices for different GLP-1s. That's really helpful.

    GLP-1 Price Drops?

Yeah, it's frustrating here. Insurance coverage is a nightmare, and without discounts, it's easily over $1000 a month. I'm thankful for any break I can get.

    GLP-1 Price Drops?

I've been holding off for what feels like forever because of the insane cost. Today, I finally picked up my prescription, and with a discount card, it was only $210!

Hit my goal weight! RETA rocks!

Can you give us more details about your journey? Like your height, RETA dosages, diet changes, any loose skin, and if you're taking any other peptides and how they're impacting you? Great job!

    AHK-Cu injectible, anyone tried?

I believe you can still use it for a hair serum. The recipes I've seen advise exactly that. I have only glanced at them myself as my wife has been thinking of buying some for herself. I do remember someone on here talked about adding copper.

    Diabetes and Ozempic Success!

Speaking of goals... I saw someone mention they hit their goal weight but are now seeing some unwanted side effects like loose skin and visible ribs. They're on a pretty high dose. Might be worth talking to your doctor about adjusting it if you reach that point, HealthDiary661

Cagri with my Reta - good idea?

Thanks, I appreciate that. I am in therapy, and it's helping, but it's definitely a process. Sometimes I just need a little extra help to get through a rough patch.

Cagri with my Reta - good idea?

I have some tirz coming, along with the cagri. Bagel_Biter88, do you think I should just switch from Reta to tirz? If so, how would I do that? I do like the energy boost from Reta. I was hoping cagri would add that 'brake' or 'stop' effect on my appetite.

Cagri with my Reta - good idea?

Hey everyone, I'm hoping for some advice. I've been taking Reta for a couple of months now, currently at 1.5mg, twice a week. My goal isn't really weight loss; I struggle with BED and wanted better control over my eating habits. It was working great, but in the last couple of weeks I've noticed...

    Diabetes and Ozempic Success!

I understand completely. Having PCOS and hypothyroidism myself, being on this drug and the right meds have at least made my face stop looking so puffy. So happy for your success!

I haven't seen my weight this low in ages. So excited to finally be under 300! Woohoo!

Reconstituting with my insulin syringes - okay?

Yep, insulin syringes work just fine for reconstitution.

    GLP-1 and insomnia?

Worth considering the timing of your injections as well. Some report better sleep if they inject in the morning rather than at night.

Switching injection sites - worth it?

Switching to injection pens beats syringes hands down. Every time you fill a syringe you're poking the rubber stopper which dulls the needle tip gradually. With a pen, the business end stays sharp and fresh every single time you use it.

    BPC/TB Blend or Separate?

I prefer taking them individually. I do 250mcg of BPC two times a day, injected close to where it hurts. Right now, I'm injecting it into the lower part of my tricep for an elbow issue. And I inject 2mg of TB under the skin of my stomach every other day. With a mixture, you're limited in how you...
