I finally made it to 180 lbs after starting at 278 back on May 15th, 2025. It's been about 7 months. I'm super stoked and feeling amazing about the progress. RETA is really a game-changer, I didn't expect it to work this well. If anyone needs some advice or tips, just ask!

Hoping my journey goes as well as yours! I started RETA last month at 261 lbs and I'm aiming to hit 200 lbs.

Can you give us more details about your journey? Like your height, RETA dosages, diet changes, any loose skin, and if you're taking any other peptides and how they're impacting you?

Great job!

WOW! That's incredible! You could've committed the perfect crime at 278 because nobody would recognize you now!

I'm 5'7", 32 years old, and I'm still addicted to cheesy foods btw 😭

I actually waited until my first doses of Tirz before I started my journey, they were 12mg vials, so I took 3mg a week for the first month.... And WOW, it was effective. I didn't even think about food. I could easily fast all day and feel satisfied with just one meal. I combined that with low-carb tortillas and chicken or steak, making it a really low-calorie, filling meal. So, I was basically starving myself without feeling like I was. I was probably eating around 1000 calories a day for several months. I switched to Reta in month 4 because Tirz stopped working for me; I stalled for a whole month and didn't lose anything. I think I weighed around 230 lbs then. As soon as I got the Reta (24 mg vials), I started taking 6mg and literally started shedding weight the following week, and it’s still coming off. I don't starve myself anymore; I even eat fast food sometimes... I just make smarter choices since I'm not constantly hungry. As for loose skin, I barely have any; I only notice it when I intentionally grab at it. One last tip: carb balance tortillas (30 calories each) are a GAME CHANGER. Grab some steak, cheese, and salsa... you can easily make like 5 huge tacos for around 600 calories with tons of protein, and you'll be super full... I went to the gym for a while and did cardio, but I realized I didn't need to since I'm hitting 10 to 20k steps a day with my job.

Any more questions?

Congrats! You're definitely a super responder. I am too, and the RETA just melts the fat while letting me eat. It's practically cheating.
