I'm not lifting heavy weights, but I try to do some bodyweight exercises a few times a week. Helps with the loose skin!
 
Just hit 180 myself and can't believe the shift. Been on the med for months now - early weeks were quiet but the last couple have been intense. Dropped steady weight, and bumping up my dose made all the difference. The face changes are the thing nobody warns you about. Seeing old photos is wild.
 
Hit my target but had to step back from Reta because it killed my motivation and made me feel flatline. Topped out at half a mg twice weekly and anything more caused real nausea. 278 to 180 in 7 months is a remarkable result. The first couple pounds on Reta are often water weight but the actual tissue loss at 2 per week over 7 months is real and sustained. The 3 and 6 month projections from where you are now are exactly the right way to think about where this goes.
 
46 prior to Reta and then down to 159 from 175 in 8 weeks means the reta is stacking on top of significant prior progress. First goal achieved and the second goal in range is a great position at week 8. The OP's 278 to 180 in 7 months shows where the ceiling can be if the response holds. What dose are you running to keep the pace?
 
10 more and then tes/ipa after is a solid plan to have lined up. The recomp phase after hitting goal while staying on reta tends to be really satisfying when you have a clear next objective. So close - what's the timeline looking like?
 
Biggest lesson from all this peptide experimenting is that dosing really isn't one-size-fits-all. I'm over six feet and 230 pounds, and my reta dose runs half of what my wife takes, despite her being roughly half my size. Point is just finding whatever actually works for your own body.
 
Genuinely thrilled I found my way to peptides, especially once I figured out a more affordable path to them. Never thought in a million years I'd actually be able to use GLPs for weight loss. Weight's been a lifelong battle for me, been on and off diets since I was 12. Reta's been an absolute lifesaver, hoping it helps me keep this off for good. Compared to some others I don't feel like I'm currently obsessed with peptides, mostly just chasing feeling better and spending time researching what actually helps with that. Could I end up more consumed by it down the road though? Honestly, yeah, possibly.
 
39-year-old guy here, turning 40 next week, 5'4, started at 215lbs. Jumped on the third compound roughly ten weeks back, and initially figured I'd aim for 180lbs and reassess from there, maybe stop using it at that point. Today I'm sitting at 182. Realized pretty early that my original target wasn't actually going to be the right stopping point. Think somewhere around 160-170 lean is where I'd genuinely feel comfortable. Not chasing a bulky look since I'd end up looking mismatched, but also don't want to end up looking like a distance runner, too small or thin. Also learning that cutting weight and putting on muscle simultaneously basically work against one another, definitely trickier than I expected!
 
Before starting on the third compound I weighed 230lbs at 6'2. The heaviest number I've ever hit was 280lbs, roughly five years back.

Sitting at 209 today, five weeks in.
 
Stats: 53M, 6ft, started at 400, now 207, goal 190. Timeline began Nov 19. Protocol was keto, exercise and life changes back in 2019. Reta arrived that September of 2025, at about 260-280 pounds or so. Alongside it I've rotated a bunch of other things in and out (GHK-Cu, MT1, Epitalon, Pinealon, MOTS, Tes/Ipa), and more are on the way. 193 lbs gone so far.
