    Under 200! 🎉 Semaglutide success

The moment I crossed into the 200s from 300-something I felt incredible. Still hoping to break 200 eventually. What you've done is seriously impressive, keep going!

    Teso fixing my ADHD?!

I tried a really high dose of a GLP-1 once...like double what I should have been taking...and I felt SO down. Like, really dark thoughts. I dialed it back fast. It was scary.

    Tirzepatide death link?

Man, I hope I don't get that fatigue thing dose-day-dread is talking about! I'm just starting, so I'm worried about side effects. Saw a thread where one person said "My first two weeks were so horrible with side effects like yours that I almost quit. Then the third week everything evened out."

    Teso fixing my ADHD?!

I'm not sure I had a good source so grain of salt - I wish I had any positive feelings while trying tes. I did not like it. No appetite help and it made me want to eat more. I was also more bothered easily.

Cagri or Reta for fatigue on Tz?

Any tricks to handle the tiredness? Could you stack with something like NAD+ or lipoic acid? I've been nervous about Cagri because of fatigue posts, but I need to break through this plateau.

    Tirzepatide death link?

Here's my experience. I've lost around 100 pounds twice without meds. But, unless I'm super dedicated and watching everything, I gain it back. I always think about food. I love food. I'm tired of working so hard, and I'm still considered overweight. I'm hoping this will give me a chance to lose...

    Tirzepatide death link?

I disagree. Pancreatitis caused by the tirzepatide leading to death seems totally believable to me. Yes, there are risks, but for me, the good outweighs the bad.

Pics really DO show the change!

That is amazing progress for a year! I've been on Ozempic for 2 months now, going up to 1mg soon. When did you start actually seeing the scale move? I feel like my clothes fit better but no change on the scale yet.

    Tirz tops: Color matter?

Nah, not really. They're mostly filler anyway. I don't think you'd see a difference, assuming they use the same amount of filler for everything.

    GLP-1 Injection Site Matters?

Felt stuck with insurance denying me at every turn too. Finally took the plunge myself and managed to get what I needed. So grateful to have you all here going through this together.

Well, you are ten months older now! But you don't look it. And the most important part is that you feel better!

    GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

I haven't thought about it that deeply, but that makes sense intuitively. I'm just trying to drink way more water and electrolytes!

    Ozempic: My lifeline!

In early '23, I had a procedure to open up a blocked artery, and that let me start exercising and drop some weight after years of inactivity. I was around 300 lbs when I began cardiac rehab in March. I managed to drop almost 50 lbs in about half a year, but then I hit a wall and couldn't lose...

    Sema + life changes = size 8!

I'm only a month and a half in. Cutting calories to about 1600 a day and working out most days, running and lifting weights. Mostly walking but I'm trying to get better on the bike. Down from 278 to 258 so far! Still have a ways to go, but I'm happy.
