Some people find they get better appetite suppression when injecting in the stomach versus the leg. Others report a smoother experience injecting into the thigh. So it seems very individual. As long as you rotate injection sites, that's the main point.

I've heard that some people get really sick on tirzepatide but do better on semaglutide. If the Reta is causing issues, maybe switch to sema?
