    Halfway to goal weight!

Looking great! It's also good to see you haven't developed that 'sunken' look some people get. You still look young and healthy.

    Six Month Reta Check-in

That's great progress. Monitor your lipid panel, especially while using testosterone and HGH. It's always a good idea to keep an eye on those markers.

    OMG I did it!

That's really amazing. A colleague of mine no longer needs his CPAP after losing about 50 pounds! There's even research suggesting GLP-1s can help with sleep apnea: https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2024/06/21/eli-lilly-expects-fda-decision-on-zepbound-for-sleep-apnea-as-early-as-end-of-year.html

    Hospira BAC source?

They have stated in the forum that it is, they just have to be discrete about mentioning the brand itself.

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

I just read about some interesting peptide combos. What do you guys think about combining BPC-157 with CJC-1295/Ipamorelin? I saw someone mention their doctor recommended it after a surgery and for low IGF-1.

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

My TRT labs don't include IGF-1, but I'm adding it now. I'm also looking into GH and weighing the pros and cons compared to Tesa/IPA. I'm less worried about cancer risks, but concerned about carpal tunnel, water retention, and joint pain. I'm guessing most side effects are rare at 3-4 IU of GH...

    Down 95 pounds – It's a me!

Absolutely! I understand exactly what you mean. I'm finally myself. I run or lift weights 6 days a week, enter fun runs, and smile almost constantly because I feel privileged to be able to do things I always thought were impossible. It's the best investment I've ever made in myself. You look...

    GLP-1: Keep it secret?

I also keep it under wraps. The hate for the medication and the people using it is unwarranted. But really, it's nobody's business.

    GLP-1: Keep it secret?

I'm very open about it. I should get a sponsorship, honestly.

A year down, a new me!

For me, 1mg was the sweet spot. I know everyone is different, but that's when I really started to feel the effects consistently. Good luck on your journey!

A year down, a new me!

I just told my doc I was struggling with my weight and diet and exercise weren't cutting it. We discussed my options, and this seemed like the best fit. Remember to be honest about side effects!

A year down, a new me!

Hello everyone! It's been a little over a year, about 14 months. I've mostly been maintaining on 1mg. Changed my eating habits and doing some light workouts, nothing too intense. Feel free to ask if you have questions! Have a good one!

    Reta injection probs?

Saw a comment on another thread from someone saying they weren't feeling the effects of Reta after a good start. Turns out they upped their dose to 1mg weekly. Advice was to inject more often, like twice a week, and keep increasing the dose until they felt the appetite suppression again. Might...

    Reta injection probs?

If you're injecting a whole 3 cc's, maybe try mixing with less BAC? Just a thought.
