    Half a hundred!

depends where you are. if you've got tons to lose, the tired and appetite thing comes with it. titrate down to find your sweet spot—enough suppression but still energy—especially if you're holding weight. why push the gallon-of-water thing? what's the real goal?

Stockpile now or wait for deals?

it's the mounjaro. same thing happened to me. comes and goes for a few days. around month to six weeks it settled down to almost nothing. little nausea left but that's it.

    Finally made it to goal!

sema is way easier to access without insurance and way cheaper—we spent like 200 a month. my spouse and i both dropped around 35 pounds, no real side effects. best call we made, just wish we'd started sooner.

    Down a clothing size already!

missed wine on fridays after hard weeks but don't after a year. now i walk instead. always plan a sweet snack in my calories at night which helps. comfort eating is real—therapy helped too.

    Stacking peps for fat loss?

Weight loss is the goal. Some weeks and months roll better than others. Unless it plateaus for four solid weeks I stick with the plan. If you're hungry eat something. Do your best with nutrition though - lean toward protein, stay away from heavy fat.

Can't seem to, ya know, GO! 😩

My experience: fasting completely on the day with the heaviest suppression—two days post-shot for me—breaks stalls hard. Keep adjusting my goal lower. At 145 now, sitting at 154, 54F, 5'7". Slower every week, about half a pound now. On 0.5mg.

Tirz insomnia--is it what's added to it?

that's a rough calorie deficit. even for a small woman 1400 is the floor. my guess is you're eating way too little & that's causing the hair loss. check a tdee calculator.

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

Almost a year on Wegovy, lost 60 pounds plus 20 before that. Getting compliments about 'melting away' but it's weird because I'm still 35 pounds from a healthy BMI and I never really had a problem with myself. Health-wise I have to lose weight but the mental side is harder. Anyone else...

    Reta kinda... disappeared?

I've got a senior cat and I'd spend hundreds a month on a fountain-of-youth peptide if one existed. Thought about one option for her but I'm just worried it could be contaminated with other stuff, heavy metals, whatever. I'll take the risk myself but not with her. Best we can do is play and...

    GLP-1 Two-Year Check-In: Progress!

I've read some interesting studies about using semaglutide even in type 1 diabetes cases. Apparently, there's research suggesting it could potentially reduce the need for insulin in some patients. It's still preliminary, but it's fascinating to see how these medications might have broader...

    Tirz stronger than sema?

It depends on what issues were preventing weight loss. Sema only targets GLP-1, but it's good for 'food noise.' If that's your struggle, sema may be better for sticking to a reduced calorie intake. Tirz has an additional pathway, but its GLP-1 effect may not be as strong as sema's. Because Sema...

    Mystery GLP-1s: Am I nuts?

I've been thinking about adding some immune-boosting peptides to my regimen, especially as I get older. Anyone have experience with that? I saw someone mention Spectracell Micronutrients Test earlier. Seems like a good starting point.

    Mystery GLP-1s: Am I nuts?

They never state their sources publicly. But Big Pharma has said they aren't selling to compounders, so those raw materials have to be coming from somewhere.

    Mystery GLP-1s: Am I nuts?

Are there any truly legal compounding pharmacies left, or are they all just waiting for a cease and desist letter? But yes, either way, they probably get the raw materials from the same overseas sources. There used to be some US companies that claimed to do their own lysophilization on the raws...
