Mounjaro makin' me feel 20 again!

That's amazing progress! I've been on Ozempic for almost a year now. Started at 235, now down to 160, aiming for 145. It's slowed down a lot as I get closer to my goal. I'm on 2mg. Anyone else dealing with loose skin?

    Ozempic scars?

Awesome job losing the weight! Quick heads-up: if those skin folds start causing infections or fungal issues, see a doctor ASAP. Repeated infections might qualify you for skin removal surgery covered by insurance. I think the condition is called panniculitis or something similar. Perspiration...

    Lost 70lbs in a Year - Woohoo!

I'm really close to hitting a healthy BMI and getting out of the overweight zone. It's been a long journey since last summer with a small break for surgery, but I'm almost there! Just a few more pounds to go before moving away from Mounjaro. Such an achievement!

    Down 125+ pounds! My story!

I'm down from 240 to 162, but put 13 back on, and have been struggling between 175 and 180 for a year. I need to get my head straight. Thanks, I needed to hear that.

Yep! Had to take mine off completely. My wife is wearing it on a necklace until I'm closer to goal and we can resize it.

Low T dose + GLP's: good or bad?

BP management on these things is tricky. Swapping between different meds to find what your body tolerates is smart - your doctors sound like they get it and aren't dogmatic about one approach.

    Don't be mean, please!

It's amazing how much a before and after can help! I was feeling down, but seeing a similar comparison made me feel amazing.

    I didn't need the extender!

Right?? It's the little things. Like fitting into normal towels. I saw a thread where someone was stoked they could wrap a normal towel around themselves! I get it!

Low T dose + GLP's: good or bad?

Ah, I can see how that would feel like a step backward True_Pizza. I had a similar experience with another peptide – the increased hunger was a big downside. I can't ignore those hunger pangs, even if it's a sign of increased metabolism. I ate my way to a high BMI, and I don't want to repeat that.

Low T dose + GLP's: good or bad?

I don't know if you are male or female, but I've been digging into testosterone shots for perimenopause symptoms. Everything I've read about T in women points to it aiding in fat loss, so I'd assume it helps, not hurts, the GLP-1's progress.
