    Two years on GLP-1s! 🎉

Fatigue was honestly worse than nausea for me. Did Ozempic for 3 months, switched to tirzepatide, and weeks 4-6 were brutal—I'd sit down to play with my dog after work and pass out on the couch at 5pm. You're doing the right stuff with protein and electrolytes, but what helped me was bloodwork...

Half my size in 8 months!

I bump the dose up if I stall for a week or two and don't get side effects. Just watch for water weight though. I've been cycling other compounds that cause water retention and the scale bounces around a lot because of it.

Restaurant booths ain't so scary now!

been researching here and feel ready for my first dose tomorrow. couple questions — using an auto pen and can't find dosage calculators for them (all the calculators are for the smaller syringes). also wondering which foods to avoid starting out? heard fried and fatty are bad but want specifics.

Didn't notice til I looked back!

My moods improved 100%. At 46 and in that transition time, I had built up a lot of anger over the years. It's still there but I can actually step back, watch it, and pause now. Not sure if I was headed toward the blood sugar issues my family deals with, but noticing the shift is really something.

Which tracking app are you using? Always helpful to hear what works for others dealing with the same situation.

    GLP-1 Hindsight: What I Wish I Knew

I wish I'd known how much the first injection messes with your head! It's scary poking yourself, even if it's a tiny needle. Good luck to anyone just starting!

    GLP-1 Hindsight: What I Wish I Knew

It's not a magic bullet, it's a long-term treatment. It keeps my blood sugar in check, which is key. I'm aiming to lose another 45 pounds, but it's been slow lately. Not cheap, but the 700€ a year is worth it for my health.

    GLP-1 Hindsight: What I Wish I Knew

It's wild how many people think they can just stop the meds once they hit their goal weight. It's usually a long-term thing, people! Like, no one tells a type 1 diabetic they can ditch the insulin. Yeah, it's pricey, but your body's gonna do what it's gonna do.

    Hunger & Cravings Coming Back?!

I found that the lower doses (.25 and .5) were great for initial loss, but the hunger came roaring back after a bit. Don't be afraid to titrate up! Also, make sure you're getting enough protein. It helps!

    Mounjaro changed my life!

I'm so happy to see others succeeding with these meds! It's given me a new lease on life. I've dropped about 60 pounds since starting sema last year, and it's made such a difference in my energy levels. I can actually keep up with my grandkids now!

9 Months, 2 Stones Down - Slow & Steady Wins?

It can be overwhelming, I know. Maybe start with just tracking for a few days to get a baseline? Then you can adjust from there. Don't feel pressured to be perfect right away!

Starting weight: 185.3 lbs Current weight: 155.2 lbs Goal weight: 125 lbs Height: 5'1" Dose: 1mg I've been hesitant to post because I see so many incredible transformations here, and my progress felt underwhelming. I wanted to share my experience for those who might be losing slower than...

    CJC/Ipa Cycle - Am I Wasting Time?

Thanks everyone for the input! I'm just trying to get the most bang for my buck here lol. I think I will stay at the current dose. I might increase the cycle length per what Keto_Coffee was saying. Maybe I'll extend it out to 14 weeks? I really am enjoying the sleep benefits! I never expected that.
