Half my size in 8 months!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Had an old silk shirt from teenage years in the late eighties. Months ago I hit that weight and the shirt fit. Put it on - amazing moment. Then threw it away. Don't need reminders anymore. Congratulations!

I bump the dose up if I stall for a week or two and don't get side effects. Just watch for water weight though. I've been cycling other compounds that cause water retention and the scale bounces around a lot because of it.

late breakfast is zero problem. after that it gets harder to control what i eat. on a lower dose and losing slow but that's where i'm at.

Anyone had extreme reactions to peptides? Worried about a certain combo in particular but I've heard about rare severe reactions with others too. People fine taking them then suddenly it goes bad—life threatening sometimes. Got a couple EpiPens through Amazon medical, $10 each, just in case.

Half your size in eight months is something most people would struggle to believe is possible - and then they see it happen. The every-other-week maintenance phase is a great data point too. Finding the minimum effective dose for maintenance is actually one of the more interesting individual-variation questions. Congrats on landing in such a solid spot.

Highest dose every other week for maintenance is the right calibration direction - extending the interval on an effective dose has better long-run adherence outcomes than holding high frequency indefinitely.

Six months at size 10 is the answer to the sneering friend's sustainability argument - the maintenance phase closes that permanently.

2.5mg for 6 months and then 5mg for 2 years in maintenance with no need to push higher is such a deliberate approach. 230 to 118 is remarkable. The every-other-week maintenance experiment is interesting too - how stable is the weight staying on that schedule?

133 lbs and using it for body composition rather than weight loss is a completely different use case than what the OP describes. Two months in with no visible marker to track except how you look and feel changes what you're measuring. How are the results on the composition side tracking so far?

The zero-side-effect profile is genuinely different from most people's experience and it's worth saying out loud because the side effect stories dominate the conversation. Size 14 to 7 in a year is the kind of result that earns the 'half my size' framing.

PCOS plus first dose Sunday is such a similar starting point to the OP that the twin comparison is real motivation. The OP's journey from lowest to highest dose and then every other week maintenance is the full arc of what you're starting. Congrats on day one - keep notes on how the first few weeks go!!
