    Tiny tirzepatide dose increases?

So three doses covers two weeks. For that I typically go with 0.9 or 1.2 ml total volume, not the full 3ml. That lets me draw 0.30 or 0.40 ml each time and skip the small welt that shows up above 0.6ml.

Sharpie on the pen to mark dose?

Started at 0.25mg, which worked out to 18 clicks on my pen, kind of a strange way to measure a dose honestly. Had the pharmacist walk me through it the first time.

    Extreme Fatigue on Reta

Felt the most from ss-31 last summer honestly, really cut through brain fog. Nad+ gave clean energy, actually cut coffee entirely while running it, mainly trying to counter fatigue from reta. This latest round I just went all in, highest concentration vials, pushed doses and duration to finish...

Aunt's health is declining on Tirz :(

Does she have a prescription for an anti-nausea med, the dissolving tablet kind or similar? Honestly not much else to do besides nausea medication and staying hydrated. Just has to ride it out unfortunately.

Just took my first shot! Eeeek!

Three months in and still haven't worked up the courage to self-inject. My partner handles that part for me, ha. Good luck to you!

    Face slimming first, anyone?

Ran a solid calorie deficit through the first eight weeks purely from eating less as food noise faded. Noticed clothes loosening as my body shape shifted too. Still no actual weight change until hitting a stronger dose for a couple weeks straight.

    GLP-1s: why diff results?

I seem to respond poorly to glp and appetite-control peptides in general, curious if anyone else deals with something similar. Have you just pushed your dose way up? Any side effects come with that? Found anything that actually works for you? Any theory on what causes this? Would love to hear...

Food was my dopamine 😭 Now what?

Completely lost interest in shopping since starting this medication. No more browsing thrift stores as a form of retail therapy for me these days.

    Reta and extended fasting?

Yes, noticeably easier on a glp. Honestly don't know where to even start with how beneficial fasting has been. Do at least a full day, my personal bar for a genuine fast, two or three times weekly and genuinely enjoy that stretch. Can push to 48 or beyond if it feels worthwhile. Other days I...

Tirzepatide tummy troubles - Sema a better bet?

Sema hit me with rough GI issues, but Tirz has been noticeably gentler on the side effect front. Seems like a common pattern from what I've read from others too.

    Switching from Zepbound to Ozempic

Moved from Wegovy over to Zepbound a year back, having done a full year on Wegovy beforehand. Both worked great for me, though Wegovy gave me nausea every single titration bump while Zepbound never did. Had to restart Zepbound back at its lowest dose, fine by me since both meds kicked in right...

Ozempic for BED - Anyone else?

Honestly the potential for serious side effects is what worries me most. Like mentioned, it really comes down to weighing risk against benefit. There's also some cardiovascular concerns tied to the other stimulant medication. Still, worth it if it means actually being able to function normally.
