Aunt's health is declining on Tirz :(

Does she have a prescription for an anti-nausea med, the dissolving tablet kind or similar? Honestly not much else to do besides nausea medication and staying hydrated. Just has to ride it out unfortunately.
 
Was part of a clinical trial running tirz, and it came with a required 60-day washout before I could start anything else. Eased into reta the way most trial protocols do, stepping the dose up every four weeks starting from the bottom. Different approach than what most people around here do, running their own numbers through a half-life estimator. Spent roughly twelve months on the trial's 15mg weekly tirz dose, so that washout stretch was a solid reminder of what life feels like without this drug class in your system.
