12 Week Ozempic Journey - pics!

12 weeks on a GLP-1 after years of binge eating is one of the harder backgrounds to start from - the medication removes the physical pull but the behavioral patterns take longer to retrain. The 12-week mark usually underestimates where 6 months lands.

    Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

On the 1mg pen, 5 clicks gets you 0.5mg - the math is direct once you know the step.

    Reta test = ZERO?!

Zero on testing is a vendor quality failure, not a storage issue - freeze/thaw is a separate variable from a batch that was never active to begin with. Group purchases amplify the risk when testing coverage is thin.

    Goal smashed! Now what?

read the reviews from vendors who've been here a while. shortlist them. search the forum for mentions. check discord and TG groups. grab the COA and see if there's group testing you can join. when you mix it, crystal clear is key. filter if you're still sus. microdose and wait 24 hours. that's...

    Reta shelf life after mixing?

Hit extreme fatigue when I moved to 7.5mg. Dropped back to 5mg for like 3 months. Electrolytes helped—I mixed them into a quarter of my daily water. Liquid IV (sugar-free version) made a real difference for me.

    PT-141 for the wife...? Dosage?

    Anyone else always freezing now?

Your advice is solid and informed, don't get me wrong, but I think you might not have enough hands-on time with this stuff yet to give the best guidance. People need room for trial and error to understand their goals and what comes after. Once you get that real experience, you'll be unstoppable.

    Ozempic changed my life!

where i work someone brought donuts. most people had none, i had one, then couldn't stop thinking about them. went back, had a second, another at lunch. felt like alcoholism. now on Ozempic that constant food noise is gone.

    Soooo tired on this med?

I'm exhausted too. I've read some people have insomnia from similar meds, waking up every couple hours. Anyone else experiencing that?

    Soooo tired on this med?

I drink tons of water and eat enough, and I'm still completely wiped out.

Reta - When does the magic happen?

My friend was using Reta and dropped over 50 pounds in six months (with diet and exercise). Then insomnia hit her hard. She's trying a super low dose now to see if her body adjusts. Sometimes these things just don't work out.

Reta - When does the magic happen?

Just my opinion: Splitting doses seems like a waste. No real science to back it up, and it might mess with how well it works compared to the clinical trials. The first few weeks/months are for your body to adjust and for the drug to build up in your system. Go slow and steady; don't jump doses...

    Lilipeptides: Anyone tried them??

I've had a couple of orders that took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Good news, though! Two of the orders are now with Royal Mail. Fingers crossed!

    Lilipeptides: Anyone tried them??

Has anyone here tried ordering from Lilipeptides? Their website looks pretty good, and their support team is always responding on WhatsApp. I placed an order about 20 days ago, and some shipments have been in customs since late October. I'm shipping it to the UK. Usually, I get it in about a...

    Lost for words

I know right?? I also have trouble not grabbing the largest size and still don’t know what others think. Another obstacle, but it’ll get easier. This forum and other stories are really helpful. Your message is positive, congrats on your progress!

    Don't be mean, please!

Okay, I'm going to judge. And my verdict is... You're doing fantastic! It's often difficult to see the positive changes in our bodies because we're so used to focusing on the negatives. I know that in my own journey, I sometimes feel discouraged because I still see my stomach sticking out more...

Working out on GLP-1s: what to expect

This thread is motivating me. Okay fineeee I guess I can't just power-walk my way to toned arms 😂 But seriously, I started with just 2 days of basic machines and it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought. For any other newbies reading this, you don't have to become a powerlifter overnight.
