    Mood swings better on Ozempic?

Same here. Had a brutal reaction once I got up to a decent dose on Ozempic, and after that I lost any interest in pushing it further, definitely didn't want to feel that sick again. One side effect I actually love though is just feeling content, like my cortisol dropped and everything got way...

    Pep's for hair growth??

Thank you. Peptides are still fairly new for hair. Minoxidil and finasteride are the long-established options, so my approach is to use everything available now to maximize hair health.

    Cartalax: Anyone tried it?

Im planning to run Cartalax alongside a healing peptide blend, since I feel sure the blend will support it. Im also thinking of a weight loss peptide too, after reading that a research project using an already approved drug reversed osteoarthritis.

Nausea so bad I can barely eat, but I can't restrict food

Mine was the same brutal reaction, but on Ozempic. Dose one wrecked me for two entire days; dose two, three days; and it kept growing until the whole week was misery. Unable to keep food or fluids down, I shed 40 pounds and ended up with impaction. I told my doctor, but he kept saying some...

    Survodutide Stackers? Thoughts?

Per mg, reta is about a third of the price of survo, so no stacking is needed. Anyone with lots of tirz on hand can stack it with reta just as easily, provided the sides are okay.

Only done Tirz, flirting with Sema and Reta for reduced sides?

Same happened to me. One upside: insomnia disappeared, replaced by constant sleepiness. Tirz alone caused awful nausea, so I combined them with a little cagri; current doses: tirz 2mg, reta 1mg, cagri .25mg. Results are good and the side effects minimal.

Down 56lbs since late spring '25!

One single pound came off during a month at 2.5 mg plus two weeks at 5 mg, even with lower calories and carbs and more protein and fiber. More weight went during the fortnight before insurance approved MJ. Inches told a different story: 11 gone overall. The drug was also lowering my elevated...

GLP-1 Slow Start - Anyone Else?

Sounds like this medication class just isn't hitting as hard for you as it does for some others, which is unfortunate! But you've still got room left on the dosing ladder, so maybe working all the way up toward the higher end over time is worth considering. As for what you're currently doing...

    Reta & Mood Swings?

Sorry, this will be long, theres a lot to say. Ive struggled with anhedonia for years, but it worsened over the last year, especially once tirz began at the start of this year. Having dealt with it all my life, here is my advice: 1. Have your hormones checked. If youre female and still...

    Mounjaro: Two years in!

Starting point: 141 kg, which is 311 lbs On a Mounjaro prescription First month brought a 9.4 kg drop, that's 21 lbs, on the 2.5mg dose Second month added another 4.5 kg, roughly 10 lbs, moving up to 5mg Third month saw 2.3 kg go, about 5 lbs, after increasing to 7.5mg

Slow & steady wins the GLP race!

On Mounjaro now, was on Ozempic before that. Have Hashimotos too. Hasn't budged the antibody numbers... but everything else has been great. Even dropped 27 pounds, wasn't really needed, but still feels good to see it.

    Food noise still loud?

These are two separate things in my case. That mental loop of obsessing over food, craving it, wanting to eat no matter my actual hunger level, chasing something 'fun' to eat, that's what I'd call the noise. Tirz erased that side entirely. Hunger still shows up, but it's purely physical now, not...

    A year on GLP-1s!

    Glow/Klow Stack Issues?

Pretty aggressive jump on the third compound, guess I need to get over my fear of pushing higher, ha. Also, if you're into the anti-inflammatory gut peptide and the copper peptide already, definitely try the combined blend of both. Honestly it's the one I'm most excited about lately, edges out...

    Down 200+ pounds!

15mg, started at 309lbs, currently 206, originally targeting 195, lost 103 total. Male, 72, 6'1", running Mounjaro since January 12, 2025. Already had this discussion with my provider. Committed to staying on it long term. Given all the upsides, no hesitation there, and every new study seems to...

    Down 66lb since spring!

Keep a loose eye on protein mostly, push myself to stay above 100g a day. Hit 10k steps daily too, which keeps me under 2000 calories most days, honestly closer to 1600 since I genuinely can't eat past that point anymore.

GLP-1s: Confidence boost & fewer SEs!

Oh that's genuinely helpful, appreciate it. Been nervous about increasing the dose and running into new side effects. Really valuable hearing what others have gone through. Not sure why my question got downvoted honestly.

    Major rash from my shot?!

Did your doctor prescribe an oral antihistamine for it? Broke out in rashes covering my whole body once from an antibiotic allergy, and antihistamines really helped.

Coming off GLP-1s: What's it like?

Sounds like what's happening is essentially a metabolic thing. Food moves through your system fast and your body keeps registering hunger signals, making you want to eat again constantly. GLP1 medications work on the hormones driving those signals by slowing gastric emptying down. You're not...
