    Awesome work! Same situation here - started at 240, down to 184 right now, targeting 145-150. Hit a wall for 8 to 9 weeks straight, which is rough.     Yeah, I fell for that too. More seemed better at the time. Didn't see anyone mentioning reduced efficacy from it. Was getting decent results with minimal side effects besides nausea. Probably shouldn't have done that.
