    Black Lids on Tirz now?

    similar thing happened to me after surgery - dropped 40-50 back on, but since starting Tirz it's like my pouch reset. can't do a whole sandwich anymore which is wild. lowest with the sleeve was 123, now down to 119 on Tirz.
