I'm also wondering what dosage people saw the most results with, and how long it took them to lose? I'm trying to tweak my plan, and always looking for some motivation.
started at 282, down to 240, goal is 200 and target is 185-190. i'm 6'1-2 so 190 puts me in normal bmi range. i was 225 in college doing rotc pt then lost the muscle over 20 years. target is where i'd finally see abs based on my projected body fat.
So happy with this small dose and the response. Got a bigger kit thinking I'd keep titrating but turning out I need way less than I planned. Going to hit my goal fine. Doing great, keep it going.
Couple times pinning NAD subQ I hit a vein or very perfused muscle or decent size capillary and got a similar rush. Scared the crap out of me first time but it passed in a couple minutes. Both times I was rushing and didn't pinch skin properly. Ringing ears, tight chest, racing pulse, heavy limbs. Like a chemical stress test. Goes away just as quick. Glad you're okay!
