    hanging at 7.5. no side effects even going up in dose makes me wonder if it's working. i hate diarrhea but when i got it, i knew something was happening. gotta be more patient. expected steady loss, got stuck 2 weeks, that threw me off.

    Slow and steady wins the race?

    I had to stop for a bit due to insurance and gained back 10 pounds in the meantime. Took 3 months to lose it again. When I restarted I went 5mg and bumped 2.5mg every 4 weeks up to 10mg. Sticking there until I plateau for at least 2 months. The losses have been slower but they stick.
