    This... is just awful. Does it get better?!

    Just complaining - why do protein powders taste so bad and artificial? Honestly I'd rather drink prep solution than this stuff. Shakes are better but too pricey for daily use.

    Low dose maintenance? Anyone else?

    I get the same thing at 1mg (10 units) but nothing at 0.5mg with my dose. Even with 32g needles at that low volume, still bruising and bleeding only happens to me every single time, not the others. Thinking it's hypermobility since I bruise super easily anyway. Already using ice and lidocaine...

    Finally seeing results!

    Moved from 2.5 to 5mg, now stepping up to 10mg next. Saw someone on reddit mention they hit the real results around 15mg after being stuck at 8mg. At 5mg I'm not dropping weight, just holding steady. My appetite is controlled but the scale's not budging, so upping the dose seems right.

    Sema 7.2mg - worth it?

    Got myself 2 kits of Sema and injecting 0.2mg each week. Plan to work up to 2.4mg eventually since that seems to be the standard approach. Depending on testing losses, I've got 52 to 58 years worth of supply. On top of that I have an actual prescription that gets me nearly 10mg monthly.

    honestly you can keep going past three or four months without worrying too much. worst case scenario the potency drops a tiny bit, so what you think is 3.5 might actually be closer to 3.3 or so after a few months sitting. the infection thing? super unlikely but yeah you'd know real fast if that...
