Pics: Keep them coming!

Do you go in for check-ups and blood work regularly? Do you disclose everything you're using? Do you hold things back? I've read you shouldn't hide anything, but mentioning occasional smoking got me a smoking-cessation visit and a note on my record that could affect insurance. Thing is, I smoke at hunting camp and occasionally when drinking out. So what do you really tell your doctor and what don't you?

Congrats, @FunkyBetter! It's awesome to hear about your success. I'm aiming to get out of the morbidly obese category myself!

I totally understand where you're coming from. For quieter folks it can feel like progress is slower, and that's just how it goes. But honestly your contributions here are solid and worth a lot. Hope I'm saying this right - I genuinely mean it. A forum lives on people showing up and connecting, and when the subject matter gets technical, everyone brings something different. Your approach is working, keep at it.

Thank you for the comments, sorry the comparison pics weren't great, felt insecure posting old graduation photos. Seeing you notice the difference really helped. Best of luck on your own ozempic journeys.
