    Five weeks, still 0.5mg. Didn't jump 1mg yet. Total down seven. Food noise creeps early week versus started but so busy pushing aside. Sleep better than ever. Only dry mouth, maybe NYC streets salt causing. Bowel fine, healthier eating probably. Gym consistent, overall feel great.

    Thanks for that! Didn't mean to derail the thread but it's reassuring that others experience the same thing. I'm always careful about sterility and the itching eventually settled down. Appreciate you easing my mind.
