    Yep. Plus it's inappropriate to remark on someone's weight. I've seen really ill people get told they look fantastic while suffering, and it made things worse. So I never bring it up.

    Some folks are just slow or don't respond. Check if your appetite's actually gone. If it is, count calories straight up.

    Not saying anyone's doing it wrong, but pens just feel simpler to me personally. Could also look into a 25g needle if you haven't already - might help.

    Sixty two male and at goal since October. Went to seven point five and started stacking around September when near goal and didn't want higher dosing, building muscle instead. Stack since late October at seven point five and one point eight hasn't shifted and I float within range, great for me...

    Yeah, I went way overboard with food yesterday. But here's the thing, I've actually got a plan now to get back on track. The scale thankfully didn't budge, so that's a win.

    Two years on the needle...

    DDR and razor scooter riding are tied for best fun workouts that don't feel like work. Been years since I had a TV set up but I'm thinking about getting a PS2 and setting up something casual for winter since I live alone.
