FDA registration doesn't really mean anything about the quality of a manufacturer. This link is for medical devices, but it's the same principle for drug manufacturers.
It's amazing how much these meds can turn things around. I saw someone post about how their A1C went from 6.8 to 4.8 in a year thanks to Mounjaro, and they dropped from 250 to 178 pounds. That's a whole new wardrobe!
