    Did I take my dose??

I have the same pen, and for some reason this 0.25mg pen (1.5ml) seems to have more than the stated doses. I've been on Ozempic for a year before having to stop, so when I restarted at 0.25mg, I was surprised to see liquid left after my 4th dose. I've seen comments about this grey pen holding...

    Did I take my dose??

One time I pushed the dose and pulled the needle out too fast without waiting like 7 seconds and the liquid sprayed everywhere haha

    Anyone else INSATIABLE on Tesa/Ipa?

I was hoping it would be a cheaper version of HGH. Been on T for over a year and not seeing the same benefits anymore. Not sure if I should do a cycle or not... that would be cheaper too. But I'm nervous about it.

    Anyone else INSATIABLE on Tesa/Ipa?

When using any growth hormone secretagogues, remember that any rapid weight gain is almost always water weight. I do 5 days on, 2 days off. After the two days off, I'll sometimes pee out like 6-8 pounds of water, sometimes even hitting a new low weight. I almost bumped up my Tirz dose before I...

    Anyone else INSATIABLE on Tesa/Ipa?

For me, GHRP-2 is maybe 5-10x stronger for hunger. I barely notice it with ipa. Tessa doesn't make me hungry at all, but it raises my pulse by like 5-10 bpm. GHRP-2 is the second strongest GHRP. Hexarelin is the strongest. Ipmorelin is the mildest. Tessa isn't a GHRP; it's a GHRH. It works well...

    Anyone else INSATIABLE on Tesa/Ipa?

Yeah, I get a little hungrier than usual. I also use GHRP-2 sometimes. It's similar to ipamorelin, but stronger. GHRP-2 makes me SO hungry. And food tastes amazing! I'm at my goal weight, so I'll occasionally take it and just go pig out at a buffet lol. Last time, I overdid it. Couldn't stop...

Before & After on GLP-1s: What to Expect

These replies are so helpful, thank you all. That makes so much sense. I hadn't even thought about the hormone side of it beyond "drug suppresses appetite." Also really appreciate the maintenance perspectives. I'm not there yet, but I'm trying to think long term instead of just "how fast can...

Before & After on GLP-1s: What to Expect

Hi everyone! I'm still pretty new to all this, but I've been reading a ton of posts and progress threads and wanted to put together something helpful about BEFORE & AFTER expectations on GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, etc.). I see so many people say "I don't see a...

    Reta sting - why?

    Maybe it's the pH then?

    Reta sting - why?

Are you filtering it for particles? Maybe the pH is off? Or are you injecting a large amount? I've never experienced a sting, even using different sources. Edit: I just read that some people have reported this in phase 1 and 2.

Tirzepatide - when does it actually work?

Yeah, you're welcome... with a little catch... When I used tesa, I already knew it would affect my appetite suppression - and specifically, tirz's effect on insulin. I still used it, knowing I'd have to be extra careful, because a lot of my fat was visceral, and I have a family history of...

Tirzepatide - when does it actually work?

OMG, same! With tesamorelin. Totally wiped out the appetite suppression from tirz.

Tirzepatide - when does it actually work?

    Well, duh. Obviously!

Tirzepatide - when does it actually work?

I didn't follow the 'official' titration schedule going from 2.5 to 5.0. I only bumped it up by .5 at a time.

Scale stuck? Check other progress markers!

Hey size-me-down, I've been taking it for about 4 months now. The first month was amazing, then I hit a wall.
